Weekly Tip 6
Morning Fitness Tip from Moses Wong
Hey there! I’m Moses Wong, a visually challenged massage therapist. Let’s talk fitness!
Getting started can be tough, but I recommend starting with what’s convenient for you. For me, it’s swimming at my condo’s pool. I swim 30 minutes daily, and it’s been amazing. It strengthens my back, which can get weak from my job. Plus, it’s great for my overall fitness.
I’ve been swimming for three years now, and I feel fantastic after each session. Fitness affects finance, too! When I’m fit and healthy, I can provide for my family and continue doing what I love – helping others through massage therapy.
*Your Turn!*
1. Do you exercise regularly?
2. If not, how do you plan to start your fitness program?
Think about what works for you – is it a nearby park, a gym, or a home workout?
Find what you enjoy and stick to it.
Let’s get moving! Your body (and family) will thank you!
By making fitness a habit, you’ll be investing in your overall well-being and setting a great example for those around you.
