Today, I want to share about making fitness simple.
I recently learned a deep-breathing exercise from a 91-year-old man who’s been practicing it for years.
What I love about this exercise is its simplicity – just a standing space, indoors or outdoors, and 10 minutes is all you need.
As a busy professional, I know it can be hard to fit in a workout. But this exercise is easy to do, even for those with tight schedules.
The key is to get started and be consistent.
