Weekly Tip 10
Morning friendship Tip from Moses Wong
Hi, I’m Moses Wong, a visually challenged massage therapist. Today’s tip is to take initiative!
Sometimes, life gets busy, and we lose touch with friends. I reflect on my youth and realize I’ve lost contact with some close friends. It’s sad to think about how little I know about their lives now.
Instead of lamenting, let’s focus on what we can control – taking initiative! Invite friends for a meal or catch-up, and see what happens. Some may say yes, and you might rekindle a meaningful connection.
*Your Turn:*
1. Do you feel lament about your friendship?
2. If yes, what do you do to get connected with them again? Think about reaching out and starting a conversation.
Let’s take the first step and reconnect with old friends or nurture new relationships. By taking initiative, we can build stronger, more meaningful connections.
Take a moment to reflect, and let’s work together to strengthen our friendships. By doing so, we’ll create a more supportive and loving community.
