Holistic You Introduction

Hello! I’m Moses Wong, and I’m thrilled to share my story with you. As a visually challenged individual, I’ve learned to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and determination. My journey began when I lost sight in my right eye at 17 due to a permanent condition, and later, my left eye was affected by macular degeneration in 2019, leaving me with about 20% vision. Despite these obstacles, I’m blessed with an amazing support system – my loving wife, four wonderful children, and an awesome grandson! Before my visual impairment, I worked as a family life educator, trainer, and coach, and I’m passionate about helping others live fulfilling lives.

The Inspiration Behind This Podcast
I was inspired by Rabbi Daniel Lapin, a renowned American rabbi who emphasizes the importance of developing a Holistic You. He defines this concept through the five Fs: Faith, Family, Finance, Fitness, and Friends. I wholeheartedly agree with his approach and have been working on these areas in my own life.

This podcast is the result of my personal journey in developing my Holistic You. I’ve created a simple yet effective approach – One Tip Every Three Days. Each tip is designed to be concise, lasting about 1-2 minutes, giving you two days to reflect and apply it to your life before receiving the next tip.
